Opening the curtains this morning I was greeted with snow, not the fluffy white kind mind you rather the sleety mush kind. The very very wet kind....but even as I walked into work getting wet and slipping around in slush, I was hopeful and excited about this year. It's time for a change, I'm not sure what just yet but there is definitely one coming. Even if it's small and not overly significant, something a bit exciting is definitely in order....x

Crazy flowers

1 min read
My twin and I have just finished a mammoth crafting weekend and added lost of new stock up on Etsy (shortly here too). We went a bit mad with the silk flowers and vine wire. Also managed to slice through a table cloth too....that was not so great! But hey it was worth it.

I decided to start using a model as well on the photos, my wonderful friend was more than happy to help (and she's totally gorgeous)! I'm thinking of getting a professional photographer and model soon, but we'll see how it goes.

Now it's time for a few posts and then blissful slumber...

I just had my first craft fair at Covent garden in London! It was unbelievable. So many different types of people with all kinds of crafty designs. I'll tell you these people were highly skilled, one woman made the most peculiar looking leather and gem cuffs. They weren't the standard ones I know you're imagining, these were just awesome. Unfortunately she doesn't have a website otherwise I'd be linking to it right now!

Who knew you needed to take so much to a craft fair as well. Silly things like scissors and table clamps for windy weather and tags lots of tags. Lets just say while I took bundles of pieces to sell there were a few bits and pieces I forgot which would have made my life so much easier.

Oh well now the work really begins, I managed to sell lots of things in Covent Garden but now my stock is a bit depleted so its back to work!

A cup of Java and a bit of music is all I need to get started.....
